1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our facility.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only if the product received is:
  • Damaged or broken during delivery
  • Incorrect item sent
• To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photo or video proof.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Change of mind after order dispatch
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Failure to receive the product due to customer's unavailability
• Products damaged after delivery

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may replace the damaged or incorrect item instead of a refund, based on stock availability and product condition.
