Order Processing Time
All orders for Green Clouds drip irrigation products are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly to ensure transparency.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We offer reliable shipping options tailored to the needs of farmers across different regions. You can select the preferred shipping option at checkout based on how quickly you need your irrigation supplies.
Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Within Chennai and nearby areas: 1-2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days
- Across India: 4-7 business days, depending on the location
Please note these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, rural location accessibility, and courier logistics.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We also offer free shipping for orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be highlighted on our website during special offers.
Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote or hard-to-reach farming areas, which will be communicated during order placement.
Delivery Delays
Though we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, factors such as extreme weather, local transport issues, courier delays, or incorrect delivery information can cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Reshipment
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, courier partners will generally try again. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Shipping Outside India
Currently, we only ship within India. We are exploring options for international shipping and will update you when this becomes available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your irrigation products arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with you to provide a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with courier partners to trace and resolve the issue promptly.
